God I am annoyed right now. Showed up 2 minutes late on a day when they closed early, drove from two hours away, nothing else in the city. Other place is closed.2 minutes past make me a smoothie.
Nice ambiance and pretty clean but smoothie menu definitely needs some help. Got the basic berry smoothie for my kids and it was spicy! (Cayenne maybe?? Did not have any good basic smoothie options. And expensive! $12 for one smoothie. Would not come back unfortunately.
I’ve really tried to give this place multiple chances but the customer service is so incredibly poor every time I go in. Today I ordered lunch to go and when I arrived they acknowledged they hadn’t even seen it yet and would start which was of no use yo me as I had to go back to work… hence the ordering early! No apology no acknowledgment of inconvenience just rude people as it is every time I try to patron one of your locations. Incredibly disappointing and I won’t be be back again.
Maybe don't guilt people into tipping for a restaurant without table side service if you're going to mess up the order. $15 spent and I got a totally different menu item.
