Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe woman who took my order was quite rude. I tried to ask her about the different types of pretzels they offered, since I had never ordered them there before. Instead of helping me, she turned to another employee and said, "I don’t know what she wants. She didn’t tell me." I really did try to communicate. Additionally, the cheese I received was old and crusty, as if they hadn't bothered to refill the cheese dispenser.
I attempted to use a voucher that expires today, November 5th, but was told it was no longer valid. This is ridiculous! If it expires at midnight on the 4th, then they should have listed the 4th as the expiration date.
I was just trying to place an order; it's not complicated, and I expected her, as an employee, to know the menu and what goes on each sandwich. Instead, she acted as if I was asking an impossible question. Throughout the time she was making my sandwich, she kept mentioning how "salt and chaos" would be. She literally said it thirteen times during our interaction! Not to mention, she burned the sandwich while rambling about how “big and creepy” it would be. It felt like she was trying to avoid talking to me, especially since she went back to the sandwich station after washing her hands, which was really off-putting. This isn’t my first experience at this Subway, and it always feels like they view customers as a major inconvenience. Monica really needs to reconsider how she interacts with people and focus on doing her job without complaining.
15 minutes ago it was literally there and the woman who was supposed to take orders was like a dog in heat with the guy in front of me. she had the galle to ask us to wait while (after she had already waited to flirt with him about 5 minutes) she went away from us to go to the cashier to slide more while other workers stood there to keep her around. something like the courtesy of manating is not.
Bad experience at subway walked in and used the dirty restroom to start with. So I ordered two foot long subs. A pizza sub and steak and cheese. My luck I got Gen Z helping me. I told her three times I did not want it toasted before she put the meat on the bread. I told one more time heat the meat with cheese that’s when decide she need to roll her at me. Her co worker with her great nose rings came unglued when I do her I wanted the meat and cheese on the pizza sub heated up and that when stepped in because the other could not figure out how to run a microwave. The nose ringed Gen Z started putting vegetables on the steak sub. I told I wanted everything without green peppers you need to remove the peppers and guess what we are back to eye rolling. I sorry but if you are going to hire people ask them in the interview if they have any public relations experience have your employees never the nose ring home or get a job at a convention store
