Mcdonald's - Billings

I come here very frequently. It's usually a 10/10, but today the food was barely done. I can tell the fries were taken out well before they we supposed to. The fries were not salted and undercooked. My mcflurry was essentially a milkshake. I wished I checked my food before I left the restaurant.

This store is ran very shoddy. The employees do NOT pay attention to orders and details. I always have items missing from my orders. This time was a sweet tea, mocha frappe, and biscuit. I called the store and the male manager could have cared less. Told me to call doordash for a refund. No apologies, nothing but an attitude reflecting not my problem lady ! At least 95% of total orders to this store have had items paid for but missing. Just a poorly ran store all the way around.

Card readers not working so it was cash only and of course I did not have any. That's not the reason for the one star, the reason for that was because they put a sign up right on the order sign...... After you're already stuck in the drive through line....... Thanks for wasting my short lunch. Next time you're going to bother with a sign, try putting it a helpful place.......

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Some of the rudest, most self entitled employees around. They take FOREVER in the drive through, get nearly every single order wrong in some way, and obviously don’t care at all. Waited 33 min for 8 cars to go through and ONE CAR TOOK 12 MINUTES. No pulling them around. Basically everything that can be wrong with a McDonald’s, this place covers it. TERRIBLE!!!! Be more considerate of peoples time.

McDonalds should pay Chickfila however much money it takes to teach them how to run a fast food restaurant. I've been in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes (started out 4 cars from the order stand) and I'm still not even to the pay window. Amazing. Truly mind boggling that they are this terrible at a simple job. Will not be doing this ever again
