Imperial Thai Cuisine - Billings

Order yellow curry w/ beef and cashew chicken. The curry and vegetables are wonderful, but the pieces of beef are dry, hard and tasteless. The curry itself was good enough to keep this from a star, but I don't see myself ordering from here again. Cashew chicken was good, but not good, chicken also a bit hard.

The new Imperial Thai is located in the recently renovated Vegas Hotel from 27th Street. The food is as brilliant as the city centre. The portions are very generous as we had to take the remains home. We had some excellent Thai food in the USA/Canada, one of the best with original taste and very reasonable prices. Can't sing enough praise and look forward to going back! Wish we could have 10 stars! Thanks for another excellent meal!!!!

My favourite place to eat! Or home? Hidden over this jewel a few months back and have been hooked since. The imperial curry is to die! Bangkok Dangerous is my favorite dish of my partner. Can't go wrong here!! Awesome, delicious, very friendly staff.

I am surprised by the positive reviews. Maybe because we ordered vegetarian items with Tofu? We ordered the Pan-Fried Bean Thread Noodle and Pad See Ew Noodle, as take-out. Both were bland. The Pad Lake Ew had only a few broccoli. EDIT: (Address to the owner's response) Over the years we have eaten vegetarian entrees from at least 20 Thai restaurants. I know that it is completely possible to make tasty Thai dishes that are completely vegetarian; I saw her. It is not common, but it can be done in any case. My assessment is, and this interaction could be particularly valuable for other vegetarians.

DIRTY KITCHEN is what you stare at while waiting 2 hours while the rude staff ignore the customers because they are running multiple ghost kitchen scam with 3 inexperienced employees. If you order food from here don't expect it that night. Not the original imperial thai, not good anymore. If you look in to that dirty kitchen you can see the counter full of numerous empty to go bags, while waiting on food it sat like that for two hours.
