Pretty good mongoluan bbq for a place that has cut, frozen meat. lines move fast, even if they are busy. pluses: before mixed sauces if they want.

Very pleasant and tasty experience. the personal was curious and entertaining. I'll eat there again.

Wow, 8 years since my last update? They can eat as bad or as healthy as they want here. it's up to them, great employees and they can't complain.

My boyfriend and I dined at this restaurant today and were surprised by the negative change in the employees' attitudes. We felt unwelcome and poorly treated, as if the employees did not want to be there or do their job properly. The only highlight was the friendly guy cooking on the grill in a red shirt. The food was tasty, but the overall experience was disappointing. We spent around $50 and yet received terrible treatment. Unsure if we'll return.

Had a good experience a few times before however this time, seems like it might be a manager... My girlfriend had the gastric bypass surgery and she explained this and showed proof, in the past this would reduce a single meal cost but this time it would cost full price and they would give a small to go box. After, the sodas either had air bubbles or were out of syrup and the sweet tea was not sweetened in the slightest. My mother who was staying with me and my girlfriend in line since she isn't used to this got skipped while in the cook line and then the manager came along and seen her bowl and told her she needed to stay in line with everyone else and move to the back... Yet they skipped her and then blamed her... I've been here a few times and it was GREAT but this visit definitely hurts since it seems this guy was leading the others. Buyers beware, your past experience with this location might not be the same when you come in again and not knowing what experience you can have is a ghastly thought on the matter of customer service in general.
