Denny's - Billings

My daughter really enjoyed her birthday pancakes! The customer service has always been excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.

In the past Denny's was the place to go for coffee, good food friendly conversations 20-50 years ago. Now it's quiet not as much activity. This trip I had the sirloin steak (kudos to the chef med. rare was perfect), mashed potatoes (no more baked potatoes), zucchini squash (small portions), garlic buttered toast. Barbara my waitress was great, friendly and attentive. Overall: Service was 4 , atmosphere 2.5 , speed 3.5, food portions 2, food placement 2(steak looked lonely on a plate by itself LOL, a sprig or 2 of parsley could have helped) Mr. Mac Food Critic.

Not as busy as IHOP and almost as good (which is a matter of opinion). The service was very nice and the food arrived quickly. A good experience overall.

Food and service was okay. The waitstaff were arguing with each other in front of customers. Someone stole my towing cover off my car in the parking lot

When our meals finally arrived, the eggs were burnt and cold, while the hash browns were undercooked and also cold. Having experience working in both front and back of the house roles in fine dining and casual settings, I understand the challenges of being short-staffed. However, it’s essential to communicate this to patrons so that they can decide whether to stay. This transparency would have made us more patient knowing we chose to wait. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.
