Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Billings

The food was fresh and hot. My hamburger had a really fresh bungalow and fresh vegetables. Friend had the mini shrimp meal and she said it was hot and delicious. These two old ladies couldn't figure out how the pop machine worked. We got help right away when we asked for help.

The beautiful young lady in the window (receipt says Tina, she has Knall) was so nicely happy. Requisite! You made me smile to provide excellent customer service!

Leo provided a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was great, and the service was both quick and friendly. I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to mention how awesome he was. We switched our dipping sauce, and he was more than happy to accommodate our request. After we went to the second window to wait, he realized he had forgotten to include the changed sauce in the bag. When we asked to wait for a moment, he promptly returned with the correct sauce. It would have been nice if they had mentioned that typically, this situation doesn’t happen, but overall, it was a great experience!

The service was good, and the food was standard fast food. I really miss the blonde lady, Carrie; she would have been perfect for leading a customer service seminar!
