Cafe Zydeco - Billings

Excellent food, great environment and nice staff. Have ordered from here several times and have never been let down. Today my wife and I went in to dine for the first time and we enjoyed it.

Food is tasty enough, but the portion size is small; Cheesesteak and fries are overpriced atleast. Can't talk for the rest of the menu, gumbo looked good though?

It was delicious! I had the Philly Cheese PoBoy and fries. Probably best Philly I’ve had. Also, we had the Bread Pudding with praline sauce. Mmmm good! Melissa was a very sweet hostess with a beautiful smile and super service. Last visit we had the Beignets….but not to be today…only on Saturdays! They were the best also!

Was very excited to try this place. It seems to be closed more than it is open. We ordered some poboys, hush puppies red beans rice. We waited over half an hour for our food which is a huge problem for anyone on a lunch break. The poboys hush puppies were good but the beans rice were eh…kind of thick had little flavor. Didn’t seem to be made with reaux which is standard for NO style beans rice. I could get past the b r try something else on the menu but the service would need to be much faster to work for someone with any kind of time restrictions. I might try again on a weekend or a day I’m not working.

By far the best cajun food in town. The gator is fantastic and the fried bread pudding is a must. If you're looking for awesome restaurants downtown this should be on your list!
