Burger King - Billings

Had to wait 5+ minutes to be greeted even though workers saw us at the counter. Onions rings were cold and overcooked.

Long line was understandable due to lunch rush but the lady who helped me at the window was rude (snatched my money from my hand and shoved my bag of food into my hand and shut the window in my face when I tried to ask a question) when I pulled over I noticed I got 2 med fries instead of my double cheeseburger and a fry. Fries were old and dry (I won't eat them and I eat like a hobo) lobby is closed so I couldn't go inside to get my missing item and they won't answer their phone. Line is still huge so that's a bust since I gotta get back to work and I'm dirt poor so I literally spent my last few here. Looks like I'm skipping lunch today, thanks bk. Will never come back

Went to get ice cream here and had horrible service. The guy operating drive thru had an attitude over us asking what kind of ice cream they have. We went to get our order and had horrible service. The guy in drive thru got mad because we asked for a water. We asked for a receipt but of course they didn't have receipt paper. We asked for the workers name and he starts smarting off at my grandma, an elderly woman. Do NOT go here. Rude employees. THE TIME OF VISIT WAS AROUND 4:30-4:40 THURSDAY JULY 14 2022

This was the worst restaurant experience of my life, fast food or otherwise. The lobby was closed, so went to the drive through. Waited 5 minutes once I got to the speaker for someone to take my order. Paid. Was directed to pull around to the front to get my order. There was no one behind me; everyone has pulled around me due to the long wait. Waited 25 minutes for my order to come out. Finally pounded on the door. Saw they were giving people their food at the window. When someone came to the Said they forgot me. Brought me cold food. One guy told me he told the other guy to bring it out. I asked for a refund. They ignored me. Finally I got someone’s attention and he said he couldn’t give me a refund because his manager was out of town and couldn’t be reached. Remade my order. Fries still old and cold. Won’t ever go there again. Contacted the company but they haven’t responded. DON’T GO HERE…. I think the guys were stoned.

The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. There were rock-hard pieces in the patties. Food rating: 1/5.
