I went in for the first time this morning and absolutely loved it! The service was fabulous and our drinks were delicious! I didn’t order any food, but will definitely be back!

The most unfriendly place I have gotten coffee. The first time I tried this place I walked in and stood awkwardly at the counter for what seemed like a really long time (like 3-5 minutes). I was not greeted and I felt like my presence was an inconvenience. When they finally acknowledged my existence, I asked about the lotus drinks since I've never had one and my daughter recently mentioned them. They have different flavors. Again this conversation seemed a burden. I ordered one and went on my way. Other people who seemed to be regulars or friends came in and were greeted warmly and engaged in conversation. I thought maybe it was an off day so I gave it a second chance. Second visit was a total fail. Good luck.

Staff was very friendly and the place has great options for coffee, tea, and other drinks. Plus, pets are allowed! Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegan drinks and several vegetarian food options

I was delighted to find this place and finally have a decent latte! I’ve been trying all the coffee shops in Billings and they are all meh. This place was finally good and the girls were so sweet!!
