We arrived at the restaurant, which was only operating at one-third capacity. However, we were informed that there would be a one-hour wait for seating because a party of 20 people had arrived before us.

Eating was not remarkable, but the service was pathetic. After the meal, 1/3 of the tables were empty, but 2/3 were empty before our eating arrived 45 minutes later. several tables that are sitting after us were served 10 minutes before us, and we just ordered burgers. has ordered another beer when eating was finally delivered, but it did not arrive until the last bite of the burger, intentionally eaten slowly, in the hope to wash something, with. moreover, applebee does not understand the concept of the beer, since everything they serve is bier-designed aromatized water.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was friendly and we were quickly seated at the bar. The food had amazing taste and beautiful presentation. Our bartender was excellent. The quality of the meal was top-notch. Congratulations to the management for running such a smoothly organized team, and to the staff for their exceptional service.

Three ladies walked into the restaurant and encountered very rude behavior from the staff at the front. One of the ladies, who is disabled and unable to sit in a high top, requested to sit elsewhere. However, they were met with snide comments about their size and were refused a booth. The staff simply stared at them as they left the restaurant. The customer called the manager, who promised to address the issue with the staff.
