The food was really good and the atmosphere was really nice, especially at the bar, having a prime view of how the team prepared every meal. The bold flavours used in some of the courses were remarkable. Alvaro Garrido should be proud of this and keep pushing these tastes through his services.
Food was great! Small plates but packed with flavour and texture. The staff were very knowledgable about the menu so were able to explain it with confidence. The only downside was the restaurant was a bit hard to find at night and it’s in a rough area of the city so recommend to take a taxi if going there at night
The food was outstanding and we enjoyed every course, and would come back again. Thank you for a memorable evening. I think the wine pairing was not as outstanding as the food, but we understand this can be very subjective.
Very disappointing! You can choose between 2 types of menus: 10 OR 14 different dishes. Conclusion: These are really small. If you like it, it tastes too little. Each dish consists of small amounts of associated foods/components, but one does not find it there. For example, there is caviar in one of the dishes, but its taste is completely diluted by an onion cream. Too refined, but no taste. We were placed on a chair facing the kitchen. But in fact, the courts are prepared in advance and it is just the assembly you see. The proposed wine is very average. Don't look at the ceiling! It's full of flies! Not very appetizing. Maybe it's why the boss didn't even come to imagine he stayed hidden in the back kitchen. Really expensive for a stary restaurant!
