We made an order yesterday for the app and had a problem when registering our address. I called the restaurant to correct it, and very kindly, they did. Seeing that the order was 30 minutes late, I called back. I was told, that, when they saw the glovos, the problem with the address, they decided not to send a delivery man. From the restaurant they called them saying they had it corrected, and they sent them a delivery room to make the shipment. Half an hour later, our food came. our surprise was, when we got the notification that the restaurant gave us the full amount of the order. I would like to thank you from here for the detail that the restaurant had although it was not responsible for the delay.
