De Solera - Bilbao

De Solera offers 3 different vegan Jenseits-Meat-Burger, and some vegan salads, bocadillas and sandwiches. Also all Patatas (Fries, bravas,. are naturally vegan. The staff is incredibly sweet and takes care of you very well. The woman brought me vegan mayonnaise to my fries without asking because I ordered the vegan burger. Very sweet and thoughtful. You cannot really speak English, but communication is still easily possible with hands and feet. We had no problems with this, even if we are unable to speak Spanish. Without vegan restaurants around or around the city, in a Sunday at 5 pm, we passed this bar and found out that the kitchen is not closed. Thank God!! There are several vegan options, but it is quite expensive! Burgers don't come with potatoes. We paid more than regularly in a vegan restaurant and without appetizer and dessert. If you are hanging out for a vegetarian burger in Bilbao then this place has impressive service, good value for money and centrally placed.

It was great to see that you could order a normal Spanish sandwich but vegan. They also had a beyond meat burger.
