Edo Japan Tonquin Building Grill And Sushi

Opened since march 2019 as the gentlemen at the counter told me. Love Edo Japan anywhere you go you can expect qualty food. I do like the bento box which comes with your choices of Sukiyaki, Teriyaki and many more main dishes. You also get 2 side dish which I like sushi for both. Yummy...I am a happy long term customer.

Stopped by during our drive from Edmonton to Jasper. Were pleasantly greeted by the owner/manager. We tried the chicken teriyaki rice meal. It was fresh and delicious. The owner/manager was kind enough to let us try the veg noodle complimentary. Would love to come back!

Friendly service each time I've gone. Food is prepared when you order so it's fresh every time as well. Love it so far!

We went in on Monday Sept 4th on our way home from Jasper. I decided to try sushi rolls there for the first time. The girl at the front was quite rude and said the veggie sushi rolls have veggies. I had to ask what kind. The cook in the back went right to work cooking my daughter and grand daughter’ s meals. The girl at the front proceeded to fill a bunch of little containers that had nothing to do with our order. We waited a good ten minutes while people who came in after us were served and eating before we even got our food. She plunked our cooked food down on the counter and proceeded to make our sushi rolls. I said thank you and good bye when we left and she turned away and said nothing. I have always had very friendly service at Edo’s in Edmonton. This girl needs to step up her customer service and friendliness several notches.

Super fast service. The restaurant is very clean and as well as the staff. No need to worry about cross contamination.
