The BullWheel - Big White

The Bull Wheel is located in the same building as the White Crystal Mountain Inn. It is a fairly new restaurant which recently replaced the previous one. I ate breakfast at the bar. The food was mediocre and the menu was limited. Although the server was nice I did got the impression I was an inconvenience. (On one occasion I tried going through the bar into the hotel and was scolded by the manager.)

Bullwheel is the perfect place to come straight from skiing/snowboarding, straight to the door. Beers with happy hour are cheapest on the mountain. The view is beautiful especially at sunset, and if it's sunny you can sit out on the deck around the fire. The serves always go out of their way to make your experience delightful. I would recommend dinning in the bar side of you don't have children, the music is great and shots are encouraged ;) food is DELICIOUS I recommend the fish tacos, being a girl they are light and fresh! Get your pals together, get some jugs of beer and share some nachos! Take the time to talk to the staff, there're always up for a chat!

Walked in and greeted with a big old smile, this place has fantastic food and service! Such a wide range of local bc beers and wine. The bullwheel burger with its bacon jam is "the bees knees" will definitely be returning for the loving atmosphere.

Easily the greatest restaurant up at the Big White. Exceptional menu reasonably priced. The servers are friendly and incredibly well trained, The Owners are great and willing to help on all things Bullwheel, wine, food and Big White.

We went there for lunch ordering Poutine and Duck Wings , glass of wine and a beer . Firstly the Poutine was probably the worst I've ever had . Cheap frozen fries straight from a Safeway frozen foods freezer . Canned gravy and something resembling cheese curds . The Sticky duck wings were average and badically just deep fried wings . They seriously lacked flavor . The quality of food was bad enough that I will never go there again . The beer and wine were fine . If thats all you are after great go there . No complaints about the service it was fine . No Stars .
