The Black Diamond - Big White

I ordered a ribeye steak, but it arrived looking worse than a minute steak. When I expressed that I wouldn’t eat it, the arrogant owner slammed the plate down and insisted that I was going to eat it and pay for it. After I refused, he demonstrated his “professionalism” by giving me the middle finger. This is a great place if you're looking for terrible service!

Absolutely delightful in so many aspects. The pretzel was fantastic. As someone who doesn’t drink, I found the Mountain Mai Tai to be one of my new favorite beverages. And I can't forget to mention our server and the owners, who were exceptional.

The host/owner was a complete j Thought he was just a senior taking his day job (to make ends meet) a little too seriously, then I found out the j was the owner. It makes sense why his restaurant had all these empty tables. Went to Snowshoe Sam’s. They were warm and inviting. Something that Black Diamond lacks.

Our first time at Big White and we decided to check out the Black Diamond bar and Grill. We were a table of 9. We were greeted by the Owner Don who was able to get us a great seat. The menu selections/options were great and the food was amazing. There was great value for the price. If you are looking for a great dining experience at Big White this is the place!

My family was having a lovely stay in big white and I looked to get some takeout. Google says this restaurant does takeout. I called twice and got voicemail but no one from the restaurant answered. I drove to the restaurant and was told that they don’t do takeout. I mentioned that I had called twice before coming and the very unfriendly person behind the bar who I believe is one of the owners literally called me a liar to my face and said that he had not missed any calls and so there was no way that I could have called. It was such an out-of-line interaction and the man literally was going out of his way to be rude and mean-spirited. I am not a fan of reading these kinds of reviews but it was so out of line and completely uncalled for that I had to write this. I hope this guy has a better day tomorrow.
