Niseko Ramen - Big Sky

I regret to say that I cannot provide a review of the food as my party was unable to dine at the restaurant. We arrived at 7 pm expecting a wait, as dining options in Big Sky are limited. We stood at the hostess station for 15 minutes while she attended to other tasks. When she finally addressed us, we were informed that the restaurant had stopped serving food due to staffing issues. While this may not have been entirely the restaurant's fault, it would have been more professional and courteous to inform us and the others waiting in line so that we did not waste our time standing there.
