Qdoba Mexican Eats - Big Rapids

We placed a catering order for 20 people for our family Christmas gathering and sent my husband to pick it up. When he returned home, I noticed that the large bag of tortilla chips that was supposed to be included was missing. I called the restaurant, and the gentleman on the line quickly apologized and asked for my address. We live about 20-23 miles away, and within half an hour, someone arrived at our home with the chips. On top of that, the food was delicious! Thank you, Big Rapids Qdoba, for such an excellent customer service experience!

I have to reduce my rating. We ordered a catering meal for a work event, and it was overpriced and disappointing. The chicken and steak were both overcooked. They provided tiny cups of salsa and guacamole, and the tortillas were stale while the rice was clumpy. I won't be returning.

It was good, didn't have queso and the guy working was kinda a tool about it. so i took a table topper the woman that gave me salsa was nice

I wanna start out saying I do love this place and this is just constructive criticism from a past store manager. Please take apart your pop nozzles and soak them overnight and clean them out. It's kinda nasty when you fill up your cup with mello Yello and it looks like it has pepper on top from all the mold.

I've always enjoyed Qdoba, and the meal I had today was no exception. My go to is the grilled chicken burrito, whole wheat tortilla, black beans, brown rice, guacamole and pico de gallo. I know it sounds a little plain without the cheese and sour cream, but I'm watching my figure . The only gripe I have about this location is the overall setup of the interior. It's very awkward compared to every other location I've been in. Be sure to use the front door to go in. If you use the side door you'll end up smack dab in the middle of the food line, incurring the wrathful stare downs of those already in line.
