Little Caesars Pizza - Big Rapids

I crossed through the line and asked for a cheese. I was told I would have to wait 6-7 minutes. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes!!! Absolutely terrible service!

When he returned, he informed me that the manager had refused my request. I told him that if that was the case, I would take my business to one of the five other pizza places in town. The young man then communicated with his manager again, and I could hear their conversation. The manager reiterated his decision, and I felt compelled to mention that based on our interaction on November 19 at 1:05 PM, this manager needs to improve on customer service, especially in response to online ordering issues.

I then asked to speak with a manager, who was unavailable to assist with a refund. I requested the contact number for the district manager, and a man who claimed to be in charge came out. I explained the situation, including a previous experience where I attempted to take advantage of a lunch deal but was told it was too late. The employee who had taken my order had made a mistake, and when I asked for a pizza still in the heating rack, she said it was too late to get it. I relayed both incidents to the district manager, but his response was that they "do the best they can." There was no apology, no offer of a complimentary pizza—nothing. It seemed like both of my orders had coincidentally overlapped. I guess I'll have to order online next time instead of relying on their "hot and ready" promise. Unfortunately, this experience really highlighted a lack of good customer service. If the employee had simply taken care of my pizza instead of walking away, none of this would have been an issue. I wouldn’t recommend giving them another chance!

We accidentally spilled the sauce on my car on the drive through the window. The guy who works leaned his whole body out of the window to clean it for me. He gave me a new sauce. 10/10 delicious food and great staff.

This location is one of the best I've been to for making Little Cesar's pizza. It's never over or undercooked. Having to constantly use the drive-thru to pick up my order is an inconvenience.
