Grandma's Kitchen - Big Lake

I worked in and around Big Lake from 1995 until 2021. Ate at Grandma’s hundreds of times and had them cater many employee meals. Just always a real fine place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Parking: Always found a place to park.

This restaurant has a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere and serves delicious food. The prices are excellent for the quality of the meals. Additionally, it is wheelchair accessible.

Great burgers , I myself had the Granny Burger with cheese ,bacon,and jalapeños.That burger was huge and with the homemade French fries they have you can't go wrong .My coworkers had hamburger Steaks and they said it was great.So next time you are through Big Lake Texas stop in and enjoy a great meal .P.SThey also have a lunch buffet but you better get there early or it will disappear!

This restaurant is fantastic! Everything is homemade, not frozen, and it tastes excellent. Parking can be a bit limited, but there’s enough space for a good number of people. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, making it a great spot for kids.

We had a large group probably 12-15 people. Service was fast and so was the food and we ordered a variety of things. The ranch burger was very good and so were the chicken nuggets!
