I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they were closed. Their website indicated that they were open until 10:30. I will be driving to Elk River for my next meal instead.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 10:30am, right when they were supposed to open, but didn't receive any service until 10:33am when two staff members finally showed up. It took 5 minutes just to be acknowledged at the drive-thru speaker. When I ordered grill food, I was informed that it would take 10 minutes for the grill to heat up and another 10 minutes to cook the food. After waiting until 11am and still not receiving my order, I decided to leave. The person behind me in line had already received their order by this time. It would be more efficient for them to turn on the grill before opening to avoid delays like this in the future. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Google really should start giving us the option to give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service. Manager was extremely rude and had an attitude. Last time I'll come here.
I just had lunch here. They were busy, but staff was friendly and positive. My order was accurate and good.Great job.
