Caribou Coffee - Big Lake

Ive had many problems at this location, yes I understand if there is a rush or if you are not having a good day, I work in fast food customer service and I will agree its a challenge. But ever single time I have gone to this location ive not been satisfied. Im not sure how hard it is to be nice? Its really not that hard honestly. If someone is being crabby through the drive threw pretend and move on. Do not take it out on the people. For example I came here about a month ago and they did not put caramel on my whipped cream, so I went back around and asked very nicely if they could add some because I paid for it, I then told the girl and she didnt believe me then she took it back, read the screen and rolled her eyes. Now I am uncomfortable for asking a simple little thing that was your fault in the first place, second maybe wait till im gone, then you can rant. It honestly disgusts me that you cant do your job. You are not 5 years old anymore. Then I came here today and I had to repeat my self at least 4 different times, yes I understand it may be hard to hear, but after that she told me to come up to the window, and the mic was not shut off and I heard her mimic me. Maybe she wasnt but that was very unprofessional on her part. Then she didnt even put the toppings on my drink. I wasnt going through the hassle of going back and fixing it. Moral of this story is talk to your employees about being nicer and that its not hard to do your job you wanted in the first place. Have a wonderful night.

I mean, nothing wrong with the coffee, but not super impressed with the service. Almost forgot the sandwiches, and was confusing over the intercom. I very much suggest going across the street to Ember Coffee Co., I highly recommend them!

I ordered a medium iced campfire half calf. I asked for a receipt and saw after I left it was made with half and half not made half. A bit disappointed because I can’t have the regular amount of caffeine therefore couldn’t drink my whole drink.

Fast Friendly service. All my orders have been perfect. The line always moves fast.

The Cabin is the best Caribou in the area! The staff are friendly and know me by name. The line can be 8 cars deep and you are still through in 5 minutes unlike other drive thrus in the area. The only flaw is the footprint of the drive thru and parking lot, it is difficult in a large vehicle.10/10 for the Caribou Cabin in Big Lake!
