Old Wild West - BIELLA

The place had a great decoration, waitress was always on the top of the game. We arrive at 13:00 and the placed got packed after 13:30. We ordered gadget -kids menu for the children (baby hot dog) the plates were good portion size smash burger was great. We also order Taco Mix great presentation and tasty flavours. The Kentucky burger was out of this world. We were 4 adults and 3 children. Bill was 105,80 Euros. Toilets were very clean.

My husband and I both ordered the mix grill which was tasty but unfortunately served cold. (chips were warm). We had to find the waiter to bring us drinks (refills). It was too loud to sit inside so we sat outside where you are obviously forgotten. At 13:30, people were being sent away for 20 mins at a time, because there were busy. However, half the restaurant was empty. Tables were just not cleared. The table next to us was not cleared all the time we were there. This is such a shame because we love the Old Wild West chain, but not sure that we will return.

Very good chill dining experience Ordered rib burger, was great, only downside was that it had a bit too much sauce making it quite wet if not eaten fast and easy to make a big mess.
