The location is great, playing is fun there also with the different modes of possibilities, but the staff is partially undamaged, unfriendly and has a respectless sound on it. There were problems with the visit now 3 times. 1) Billiard table can not be reserved allegedly but a group that came after us was preferred despite addressing it 2) The dark-haired ladies at the checkout had been badly laughed and unfriendly in case of demand, forgetting from their side an order card and then wanted to leave us numbers as if we had lost the cards. 3) Despite demand 2 days before personally in the store, whether Sundays would still be free places at noon (I know you would otherwise reserve weeks before, but it can spontaneously still be free) I was told not to reserve spontaneously check in before 6:00 p.m. and then listen to the same lady on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. again with respectless sound yes you have to book weeks before, try somewhere else or come. 20 again. Every time we have to go over to “elite” because the staff simply doesn’t want to work.

Very dissatisfied. I've reserved billiards and when I was on it, they've passed my table on to their friends. I can't get so good German, the boss laughed at me and was very unfriendly to me. She said she was the boss and decides who gets the table although I waited 30 minutes. I also ordered drinks, although they weren't done, I had to pay for the drinks when I had to go out. I'll never go there again.

Unharmed staff My friends and I wanted to play billiards and the employee just gave the table three times to people who came to the shop, probably their acquaintances, although they were meant to not reserve the billiard tables at all. You can see at what point customers stand for the owners! And if you look at the answers of the owners to the negative comments, you can see that they have kindergarten levels. The mistake is always nicely deferred to the customers and there is no insight at all. Never again!

Clean, well organized. Very many game programs that you can't test all in an appointment, except you or women are ambitious. We'll definitely go back. Caution: Search potential.
