One of my favourite places to go when I need peace and quiet. I am a frequent visitor of Nafees Bakers and Restaurants. Almost each week I shop for bakery items because of their unmatchable taste and quality. Recently I tasted their ice-cream and it was fabulous. The Nafees Restaurant, especially the Terrace for Gents is an amazing place to have dinner. Late night dinners when there's no traffic on the roads, the perfect ambience created by Nafees gives you a serene experience. The behaviour of the staff members is extremely satisfactory. The manager of Gents hall, Mr. Rana Sana Ullah is a well-mannered guy, who is extremely polite and courteous to all customers. He always gives his 100% on the floor and engages with all dine-in customers in the gents hall. Never had any complaints on service or food with him being present. On my recent dinner, he treated me and my colleague with complimentary Nafees ice-cream with our dinner. I always recommend Nafees to all my friends and relatives. You can't find better quality food or bakery items in the area.

My family and I visited your restaurant, We had a wonderful time eating fantastic, fresh meals. The waiters were enthusiastic about providing excellent service and were extremely pleasant. The environment was fantastic, and I like how modern your decor was. Most significantly, every dish and beverage on your menu was incredibly tasty!

Ordered a combo meal and birthday cake. Service was very slow. Cake was nice. Pizza was average. They insisted on sticking the service charge to the bill hence the 3 rating. Service was ok but not exceptional.
