We were able to find a seat, but the steward was impolite in directing us to the first floor. The manager did not address their behavior. The menu had very limited options. A pleasant staff attitude could have improved the experience, but unfortunately, it was lacking. Overall, a very poor rating and we ended up leaving the restaurant.
The Naveen Beach Restaurant in Murudeshwar is well-known. We visited for lunch and tried their thali, which was filling for 1.5 people. We also enjoyed delicious juices, milkshakes, and ice cream. The café offers stunning views of Murudeshwar Shiva, the temple, and the sea. However, the hygiene standards are lacking and there are no washroom facilities available.
The food we ordered was decent and reasonably priced. However, the service was lacking. We initially tried to order Chinese food, but were told it was not available, only snacks. We ended up ordering snacks, but later found out that others who came after us were able to order Chinese noodles. We were then informed that we could actually order more than just snacks, so we did.
It's a nice place to have some snacks or food during your Murudeshwara visit. One gets to witnessthe Shiva Statue and Beach views from this restaurant. I tried Pav Bhaji and Puri Korma here. PavBhaji actually tasted great and better than what I was expecting. Puri Korma was also good butcoconut chutney could have been better. Service could have been better as they stopped serving many of the evening dishes when it was just 6. Overall, a good place with some really nice beach views. Itcost some 60 bucks for each dish.
A beach side best place though crowded but one would lovely snacks , meal and ambiance. While the it is crowded one can be on the beach while seating and eating.
