We have visited this restaurant several time on different occasions.The ambiance of the restaurant is very good.Staff is very polite and professional.The range of Menu is good.Particularly,morning breakfast is lavish.The asset of the restaurant is CHEF Gersome.Excellent cook,very good person and thoroughly professional.His preparation ranges Between Non- veg to Veg. i.e . South Indian and Punjabi.He is excellent in preparation of many varieties,but his specialty is BIRYANI and Chicken Preparations.I will suggest all visitor of the hotel to try once the food prepared by him and they will never forget taste as well as their experience.The food preparation by him is going to be cherished for long time.His coordination with his staff and training is also good.This is visible when you talk with any staff member of the restaurant,they speak very high of him. Pinxx restaurant is very nice and good qualities and taste are very good. Good cleaning and services.
They served good quality of food including Non veg options. South indian food is also good served by chef Gersome.
Subsequent to my transfer from Mumbai to Bharuch, I am staying in Regenta Harimangala, Bharuch for almost more than 10 days and having my breakfast and dinner at their own Pinxx restaurant. It was awesome experience of tasting varieties of foods. Here, I met Mr. Gersome, a finest chef and a thoroughly a nicest person. He is sooo passionate in his profession, that he easily identifies our own favorite food on simply glancing our plates. Thereafter he expresses his heart out passion through offering different varieties of real mouth watering dishes. You MUST try his soft Medhuvada, finest flavored Upma, Ideal Pongal, nice Curd rice etc etc (the list goes on). Once I was eating a nice curd rice, suddenly he appeared before me and offered a peculiar southern dish "Puli Kulammbu" and insisted me to take along with curd rice. What an flavor filled combination of tastes. Above all he offered a special flavored, special aroma filled "Black Chicken curry (A Sri Lankan recipe)". I can't express the taste of this dish in my words. ONE MUST GO AND TRY THIS ONE. Mr. Gersome, because of his ultimate passion, very keen on his own profession by continuously doing lot of self research, very much eager in offering varieties of dishes and get satisfying himself. IN DEED A TRUE PROFESSIONALISM. I strongly recommend all members of Trip advisor to visit Mr. Gersome in Pinxx Bharuch. I am quite confident that It will be your life time special food experience.
