Brasserie Moderne - Béziers

I will try to give more details about this establishment to the difference of previous post without inter and non-constructive. The modern brewery is a surprising place. We stopped for lunch in this establishment located in the old Beziers without special waiting. This quiet little corner is not very animated by cafés and pubs of all kinds that you will find on the seafront. Here it is local, famillial and above all it is quiet. The welcome we received was warm and smiling. We settled on an outdoor terrace to enjoy the singing of the grills. We could have had lunch inside because the hotel is air conditioned but not, for us it is much better this way. We have lunch of local products, tasty and unprocessed... the tray of charcuterie for two was simply top... without pretention, quality and very copied. All products on the plateau are from region, I let you imagine our satisfaction. We then took a main dish that was the dish of the day, a pork roast in a golden way... perfect cooking! Once again a tasteful and mastered dish. We are delighted to have discovered this place and have lunched. Don't hesitate to stop there you'll be delighted. Dede Cece are very beautiful people.
