Prospect Gourmand - Beverly Hills

I was incredibly impressed by the innovative dishes and delicious flavors at this restaurant. I have tried multiple dishes and each one has been fantastic. While the prices may be on the higher end, the food is so good that I didn't even mind. The owner is lovely and the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. But the standout is definitely the food - some of my favorites include the braised short rib, crispy umami brussel sprouts, escargots, lobster roll, sweet potato taquitos, and mushroom tacos.

The truffle Mac n cheese is a MUST!! I would come back just for that . I also ordered the steak frites . The fries were crispy and delcious . I didn't like the chimmichurri spread over the steak, I would ask them to put it on the side next time . They also are known for their tacos which I would love to come back to try and also have a great happy hour menu worth checking out. Friendly service and you have both indoor and outdoor seating options .
