I absolutely love Judy's! They offer the best divided pebble soup in the city, along with matzo ball soup and other delicious options. Every dip is freshly prepared daily, which sets them apart from most restaurants in Beverly Hills. The salads and wraps are incredibly fresh and flavorful. I'm also a big fan of their vegan options, along with everything else on the menu. Their tuna salad and hummus (especially the shared heap) are the best! The food is fresh and tasty, with plenty of healthy choices, whether you prefer salad or lavash. It's the perfect spot for dining in or taking out—highly recommended! Be sure to check out their packaging as well. Plus, the staff is so friendly, and the place is always very clean, which is important to me!
First, they give patrons a menu with outdated prices from before the pandemic, which means customers are surprised when they receive a bill that doesn't match what was advertised. Even their chalkboard displays incorrect prices. When you ask for a manager, the clueless staff that come to assist you usually have no idea how to help and just say, "I don’t know" because the manager isn't available. It’s the same scenario every time. I was there on a Monday and ordered the mini wrap, soup, and drink combo, which was advertised as such. But just five days later, I found out that the drink was no longer included, despite it still being listed on the menu. The young man who rang me up was again confused and kept apologizing, saying the manager was out. If you're looking for a better option, there's a place across the street called Café del Arte. They are really friendly and offer huge salads or wraps for half the price!
Regularly disappointing service and average food that is overpriced.
I visited Judi's Deli for the first time and stopped in for breakfast at 9 a.m. I was warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and assistance in navigating the extensive chalkboard menu. I opted for a three-item egg dish, and wow, make sure you're hungry! My order arrived on a generous plate, complete with the omelet, potatoes, bacon, and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Everything was delicious! The bagel was fresh and warm, boasting a lovely toasty crunch with a soft interior. The omelet was perfectly cooked and healthy, with no trace of cooking oil. The staff was attentive and welcoming. I chose a table by the window to soak in the daylight and enjoy some people-watching (I even snapped a picture of the interior from my seat). They offer outdoor seating as well. I will definitely return the next time I’m in this area!
