Have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes with no answer. The phone rings and rings. We have ordered 2 times now and the first time the food was wrong. Subways arent that busy anymore so there should be no reason no one can answer the phone.
This $50 order was meant to be a treat for my grandson, as I rarely have the means to dine out at 65 years old. I am shocked by the unprofessional and underhanded behavior of the owner. I plan to share my experience on Facebook and in local groups, as this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I feel sorry for her employees, as if she treats her customers this way, I can only imagine how she treats her staff.
I used the app to skip the line , however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people 's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.
I am a fan of Subway but I do not like this particular location. It doesn't appear to be very clean, and the staff seem unhappy. My order was also wrong half the time. Despite giving this place multiple chances, I have decided to find a different Subway franchise owner. I would not recommend this location at all.
