Corked Wine Steak House - Bethlehem

I rarely write negative reviews, but my visit to Corked was disappointing, primarily because of the food manager, Karen. Unfortunately, she seems to disregard the notion that "the customer is always right." When I expressed my concerns about a crab cake that was mostly bread and not worth its steep price, Karen dismissed our complaint, implying it was our problem rather than the restaurant’s. Instead of addressing our feedback, she reprimanded my friends and me, then walked away without offering an apology or any resolution. Our bill remained the same, and there were no gestures of goodwill from the staff. If you're willing to pay a high price for mediocre food and unsatisfactory service, Corked might suit you. Otherwise, I recommend looking for another option.
