World Of Beer - Bethesda

Great staff and delicious food. Perfect bar in downtown Bethesda. Obviously there is a selection of beers. You have something for everyone. The bartenders are also very well known about beers. So if you are not sure, you can ask and they are full of recommendations. In any case, try the loaded points. You have Trivia on different days of the week and always have the game or games on. Parking is free on weekends in the county garages and there is always a space available. Works for a date night or watching the game and grabs a bud.

This is a super cool place to hangout. The seats can be a little full in the weekends, so a reservation is preferable, especially for larger parties when they take them. During the Happy Hour, their drinks and appetizers are a wonderful steal. Also, not to mention their appetizers are delicious for a bar I was super impressed with how delicious many of their appetizers were. You also have a wide selection of drinks. I'm a cedar, and for the first time a place had more than Angry Orchard, so I was a fan of it. They were here for a few happy hours with employees and occasional stop of others: . I recommend

I just finished eating at this facility. The food was great. Beer was excellent and our server Blue was beyond the upper notch. If you are in different types of beer, this is the place for you. If you are not, then go for the food Cuz it is also good! If we're ever back in Bethesda, we'll visit each other. Food: 4/5

I usually get my food to go, fish and chips or shrimp dinner... I live nearby and often order at this point in Bethesda. The ONE STAR is not for food, but for service from a particular bartender. On more than one occasion I encountered bad customer service from the bartender, Peter, I think dark hair with a beard. He never recognizes me until I ask for help. Once I even asked if he had a bad day. I once mentioned it on a server because I wanted the tip to go to the server and not it because of its rudeness. My recent order by Grubhub was not like my usual order so the manager said to come for a replacement order. When I picked up the order, Peter, the bartender just gave me the Togo order and went away without hell or needed something else. I had a tip to give him because there was a replacement order that was a nice gesture.. I said hello, I want to give you a tip. He looked at me and went by. I was on the bar. I even checked my food. Not a word. I even called and asked for a man. He came on the phone and I asked him if he had a problem with me because I can't understand why he's so unprofessional and rude. I never had a problem with one of the servers or managers. Everything very polite and professional. Just him. He has terrible customer service skills. I'm never rude to him or someone in the restaurant, so there's no excuse. It doesn't make me want to order from World of Beers anymore.

Great spot in Bethesda that has an absolutely massive offering of beers from just about everywhere, hence the name. BUT this place is not just about beer the food on offer was fantastic, yes its Gastropub but everything we all had was 10/10. Throw in great friendly attentive staff what more could you ask for. The bar is spacious and seemed that had various offers on most nights, plus a takeaway discounted beer menu. We loved it, give it a try, don’t miss out!
