The Cheesecake Factory - Bethesda

I have the Louisiana Chicken Caesar salad and it was so good! The part was large and filled. Our server Giovanni was very attentive and polite. Would come back!

Maybe because I expected more for the prices I paid. Maybe it was just a bad night, but whatever it was, I wasn't impressed with the food. Wife and I came back to celebrate our six years together. In fact, our first data night was here. But tonight it wasn't good when I was honest with you. The Calamari tasted oily. As for my fish and chips, the fish, although crispy, was tasteless. Very disappointing. Perhaps the waitress has put the mood on a bad start with her hard, abrasive sound with us. Or maybe it's just that the cheesecake factory is only good for certain dishes and cheese cakes (which we didn't have by the way). So or so. not impressed today. The food looked good. Very pleasant to the eye (presentation) but did not taste well. I'm sorry, cheesecake factory, but I have to give you two stars today. PS. I enjoy the potsickers. If I had only eaten that you would have ended with 4 stars, I might have got my cheesecake, but our waitress would have got 2 stars.

Man, the wait here was ridiculous to mother? Hello. I think we were up at 5:00, sitting at 7:15. This was on a day when no bookings were made. The Korean chicken was quite satisfying I must say, and the orange chicken my wife was always getting consistent.

Today while at the apple store in Montogomery Mall me and my son decided to go to Cheesecake Factory? Our wait time was told 25 minutes but it was less then that which was great our waitress Tamya T was beyond great and whoever was in the back making the drinks at the time I was there was well on point I loved everything from the atmosphere the greeter the person who sat us or waitress everything I was great. Me and my son really enjoyed our afternoon here today and yes we will return.. Thanks for excellent service

Came here to celebrate with the family and it was busy as always. The nice thing is that you can put your name in and they will just text you when your table is ready so you can just go browse or whatever and come back. As you probably know the menu is huge like 21 pages huge. We ordered some cheeseburger spring rolls to start which were ok but not great. You get 3 whole ones cut in half. I got the chicken and shrimp gumbo which was really good and flavorful, it usually comes with rice but I opted to have it without. The flavors were spot on and loved the bits of sausage along with the fresh spring onion. Another person got the southern fried chicken sliders as a meal and it was huge! It came with 4 sliders, chicken was cooked perfectly and all the sides were there if you wanted to add pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Another person got the shrimp scampi with angel hair and it was ok but the shrimp was breaded which was a bit unexpected and really not needed. The overall flavor was just lacking though which was disappointing. The shrimp and tomato pasta was very good and flavorful, was a big hit at the table. Why not five stars, unfortunately the service was extremely slow, looking around it seemed everyone was pretty annoyed at the length of time things were taking. Our server rarely came back which meant lots of empty cups and waiting a long time for refills. I?ll probably pass on coming back here.
