Sarku Japan - Bethesda

Workers can be a little annoying, but some are nice. Great food never disappoints. Good price, pretty healthy. Satiating and stays hot for a while.

Small part. I remember this place that serves quite large portions. It's like 60% of the original part.

I got beef Bento and it was delicious and service and was great. The dancing aal had the right amount of avocado and crab in the role, and the aal about it was amazing. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AVOID this place at all costs. I'll tell you why... While I was waiting for my chicken teriyaki plate, another man came up and took one of them, and I was pretty sure he had the order I would have received if we were okay. Oh, good. But when I got my record after waiting a little longer, which is good, I noticed that the portion size was smaller. When I came back and asked for a LITTLE bit more chicken, all workers said no there, with a certain attitude, and told me I would have to pay the extra $1.99 for extra meat. How is it extra meat if you guys didn't even give enough to start? The staff here looked like they hated their job and let me ask if you go to a place where the employees irresistibly help their customers ask themselves how the quality of food could actually be? They probably don't care. I asked if there was someone I could talk to and apparently there is no manager on site because they said they had no one. So I went to the end and I'm still hungry as I write. If you think about it, this place is basically just sugar syrup coated with fat, rice and vegetables. There are MUCH healthier options available here at the food court. I will never come back to another sarku and will make sure that others know not to come to this place because you obviously don't care at all about your coworkers and would rather load them an extra few dollars for something that wasn't even their fault! Tell me it's really worth the $2 to disguise your reputation as a consistent Mall Food Court dining option?

I usually love Sarku Japan but the service and quality today was horrible! First off a 45min wait for a sushi roll, Ridiculous! Second I paid for the 6 dumplings and only received 4. I also paid for extra chicken and extra teriyaki sauce and hardly received any teriyaki sauce. The service was horrible and the workers where rude. If you don?t like your job you don?t have to work there simple as that.
