Passage to India - Bethesda

My partner and I were totally excited to discover this off-the-beaten-path restaurant that offers several vegan options. it did not appear in any search we tried for vegan places in the Bethesda area. When our food arrived, we could immediately say that the cook took care of the preparation and presentation of every dish. our meals were delicious and unique - not the usual Indian vegan farewell, which we could just make ourselves home. my only intention would be that, because this was our first time in this restaurant, we were not asked and offered no notices about spicy level. from this reason I think that the desired spicy level was accepted as mild, but we both agreed that we would ask for medium-size if we visited the next time. everything in everything, very satisfied and we will return!

My only caution would be that because this was our first time in this restaurant, we were not asked and had no comments about spice levels. For this reason, I think that the desired level of spice has been accepted as mild, but we both agreed that we would ask for medium Spicy during the next visit. All in all, very satisfied and we will return!

The food is outstanding. Homemade recipes for sure. I have tried other Indian restaurants in dc and Bethesda. None if them hood s as candle to this place. I am very picky and their food is outstanding. Thru could improve on their nam bread. Vegetarian options: Eggplant stew and spinach with cheese delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
