It is too bad that the revenues do not have order numbers like McDonald 's and you need to give a name. Not everyone in the USA has an English name. There is no courtesy or greeting for customers.
Meat was not ready, no respect and so disappointing.
Very poor customer service, the staff do not try to help you because they are busy, but everyone is busy in them I am a nurse I am busy, but I treat all my patients with respect. Please train Chipotle.
Every last person was rude, I had ordered a burrito, and the lady had tried guacamole on her hand to wrap my burrito. I told her nice to change her gloves and she caught a posture, but she changed her gloves and then she wrapped my burrito, but it fell apart I asked her I could have an extra tortilla on the side that she told me 27 cents I come here all the time, I will never be extra charged!!!! I was ready to pay, but the Al Cash Mary began to be rude to tell me I have to pay now! Staff are disgusting and will never come back!
The employee at cash register was the only friendly one , the other people were rude and uniformed. They said no super greens exist in the restaurant I showed her and she got more rude . Terrible customer service
