I came with a big appetite and was not disappointed. I ordered both the Green Chile Burger and the L.A. Burger. (not shown below). I order my Burger Medium and they came as ordered and were very tasteful and juicy. The chefs were beautifully melted around the Burgerpatties. The Greene Chile Burger had a beautiful spices and the L.A. Burger had a beautiful avocado on it that played a cooling element after the Green Chile Burger. The burgers are served on a roasted sesame seed beer and a pimple on the side. Also ordered a page of Pommes. The fries were beautiful and crispy. The service was very fast. They do a good job to move things. It was also a beautiful environment and cool to see the pictures on the walls of the legend itself. I heard Bobby's doing a show from time to time. I'd like to see or get a picture with Bobby Flay. I can't wait to go back to the future and get some of these unique and well prepared burgers inspired by the legend. Prices are also very reasonable.
Bobby's Burger Palace beats me as a top diner or cafeteria. The community seats are much more beautiful than what you expect in a diner. Bobby's choice of colors and decor kept the feeling of eating in a celebrity drive present (his picture was on every wall). The food was great. Shakes were some of the best I ever had (dark chocolate) and came home made whipped cream that was so thick it was almost butter. Burger was great I would say about as good as Five Guys if not something better if you prefer a little less fat. It hurts physically to take the first bite; I had to stretch so wide for Bobby. Excellent. Now I have to say that the planned sauces are necessary, as the burgers and pommes are not strongly seasoned. The white sauce that comes with the frits is a tartaric acid that breathes fresh air into the pallet. Also excellent is the jalapeño hot sauce, which is slightly sweet and subtle spicy. The chipotle ketchup is ok normal ketchup with a smokey hot at the end. Overall a very good meal and experience. I forget if it was mentioned, but the service was the fastest I ever had and was particularly friendly. (So the restaurant was not too busy at the time). Do not expect this to blow you away. Just a very good burger.
It was pretty good. Pages are huge, so easy to be aware that they can probably satisfy two or more people. The sweet potato fries were excellent, onion rings were good, but not great. Same with the Green Chile Burger it was good, but not great. I hardly got one of the Chile or onion taste, but it was still a juicy and tasty burger. Service was also fast and friendly.
The Brunch Burger and the Philly Burger (also a roasted egg) and although all the elements on the Burger were really delicious: for the Philly Burger, not all the elements would remain on the Burger. To our surprise, this was less of a sit-down restaurant and more of a raised Five Guys. I enjoyed all the food and all the different sauces they have to offer. My favorite is the Chipotle ketchup.
Love going here. Green Chile Burger is my go to. Cant get enough. The juicy patty, the creamy cheese, the pickled onions all go great together. I get half onion rings and half fries with it which is a great option to have
