I like them all, it depends only on what you are in the mood to eat. the regular bowl is a lot of food, because, well, as a veg*n, if I can order all nice for the same price. I will. I order in the regular purple rice and semi-green. then I add all the vegetables with taking black I find it a strange supplement for my Korean almost food bowl. So I add the fenced carrots, the fenced cord beans and then the rettich, the calf, the mais, the carrots, the gurkens and the red cabbage. I skip the dressing because there is a lot of taste on the sweet. the little bowl fills me, but if I'm super hungry, the big bowl can be eaten in a meal. eat a lot! also eating is gluten-free if that helps.

I skip the dressing because the vegetables are flavorful enough on their own. The small bowl is satisfying, but if I'm really hungry, the large bowl makes for a full meal. There's plenty of food, and it's even gluten-free if that's important to you.
