I was wondering why our recent visit was met with an empty restaurant. But when we were 30 minutes into our wait with no food ordered, it made sense as to why 3 tables had people. Prices went up around 30% and staff decreased sharply. Every drink, napkin, and straw came separately after a 5-10 minute wait each time. Our 3 entrees came out 10 minutes apart. The salad we ordered was the first thing out but the last item eaten since the waitress just couldn’t be bothered to bring any dressing.Place used to be a decent spot for food service and a beer. They didn’t even have any seltzers or Michelob ultra. I expect this join to close in the next year.
MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH CASH!!!This was my first time eating at TGI Fridays. I wasn't overly impressed by the food. The server was nice and made sure we were well taken care of. However, the bill was $51.64 and we decided to split it. I put $33 on my card and my aunt put $18.64 on hers. We both signed marked no tip and left a $10 Cash tip, which was just over 20%. Both amounts go off our cards and then I get a second card labeled as tip for the $18.64. I called they acknowledged the mistake but then said they would have to get permission to refund. Nothing since then that was ten days ago. So just make sure you only pay with cash.
