Brian's - Bethel

I've had wonderful meals here in the past and recently learned that the restaurant had been sold and would be closing in a couple of weeks. I called to make a reservation and was pleasantly surprised to find an opening at 5 PM on the same day. We were not disappointed! By 5:30, the place was packed, and we had already finished our starters: fried calamari (perfectly cooked with plenty of tentacles) and duck confit wontons. For our entrees, we enjoyed veal saltimbocca and blackened haddock with citrus risotto, both absolutely delicious. I wish the owners all the best on their new journey, and I hope the new establishment is at least half as good as Brian's.

The food service was outstanding! It surpassed all of our expectations! We will definitely make this a regular stop when we return to Bethel.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal! We were intrigued by the duck wontons, and they turned out to be a delightful surprise. For dinner, I had chicken saltimbocca while he opted for the filet. Both dishes were excellent! My portion was quite large, so my husband jumped in to help, yet we still couldn't finish it. The pasta was cooked perfectly. We also decided to indulge in dessert, and the crème brûlée was fantastic—I've been thinking about it ever since. We can't wait to return! Thank you!
