Waffle House - Bessemer

They're Waffle House boys. Not much more to say! Great food. Great service, great prices. Clean and comfortable. I'm very happy. But then again, who can't resist a waffle. The waitress today is new, but absolutely enchanting. You stop and give her a big tip. Happy dinner!

Ms. Carol was amazing and attentive. She was super friendly and professional. The food was hot, delicious and accurate. The building was super clean and they delivered disposable cups and utensils. This is the best Waffle House experience I had for a long time

The best Wafflehouse food I had in a while. Ingested the food so fast the friendly manager insisted that I was either recently released from incarnation or that I was military personnel or both.

Take out only orders. May be during to low manning, which happens, however the issue was that when we entered the building, there was no one there. The other patron with me went behind the building and found the employees were outside on a smoke break. If you need a break, cool...but a sign to say be back 10 minutes would be great. There was no sense of urgency from the members outside. We had to reiterate that we were here to put in a take out order because no one was answering the phone to take orders. They came inside to cook...food was undercooked. I got nauseated from the food I did eat. Would not recommend coming to this location during COVID.
