Waffle House - Bessemer

Waffle House is always amazing for such a limited menu and venue. They serve well a lot of people in a small number of counter chairs and tables. Very tasty food with a waffle and hash browns food theme thus the name: Waffle House.

I have to say that this was one of the worst experiences that I have had in a Waffle House. We had a miscommunication but the waitress didn't even want to acknowledge any solution that I was trying to provide or discuss to figure out the issue with theorder. I was even going to order something extra since I made the mistake but she decided to throw the food away. Then she justkept speaking about the out loud in front of everyone to help please her case. The cook had to involve himself to get her tostop speaking. She really needs help with customer service and having active listening skills to accept what others are tryingto figure out.

We had breakfast here it was wonderful great service great food! Thank you Tae you were very pleasant and lovely to be around! We will be back to see you soon!

The waitress was fantastic,very friendly and made sure you had everything that was needed. The cook was fast,food was delicious and he was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean.
