Subway - Bessemer

A big chain fast food restaurant. They have fresh vegetables for their sandwiches. Fresh bread.

I love this subway. I rarely visit any other location. The lady of the Lord (they are siblings), who work there, always recognize the customers with a SINCERE welcome that you really feel. They are friendly, fast and efficient. I enjoy the experience.

I was just a person in business, except couple sitting at the table... Girl was very rude... To the wall when I asked re: Sub of the day... I didn't know where to look like it was a lot on the wall. She was very rude.. She saw her job hating and had no concept of customer service.. She was only one at the time, but again I was the only person.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Staff openly called their cookies evil and did not know what they did. An employee behind the counter I'm not sure it actually works. Over 30 minutes for me to get my food, and when I came in, there were a few who were already ordered there and a few before me after them. That's it. Unavoidable and I will not go back. I'd rather go to the other place than here.
