Kfc - Bessemer

The Drive-Thru-Warte was not too long, the checkout was warm, and the food was hot.. All in all, I was happy with this KFC. With what is said, we have specifically requested the original recipe chicken; but we were given crispy chickens instead. The crispy chicken was good, but my family and I still prefer original recipe.

How u ain't got no chicken. This the 3rd chicken place I went to in my city and they ain't got no chicken smh. But this place is ok. Wish there was better customer service ????

I purchased a big box meal white meat today but was given white and dark meat, I called to let them know that my order was wrong. Someone picked up the phone and in the middle of me letting them know about my incorrect order she hung up on me, andwill not answer the phone after numerous of callbacks?

As usual they got my order wrong and i didnt realize it until i got home. Specifically asked for leg and thigh grilled because i knew a wing would be super small and a breast would be really dry and of course they gave me a wing and breast and my frieswere cold....Ughh...Fast food restaurants are so frustrating.

They were very slow I waited 20 minutes for a two piece combo. Then on top of a long wait time which they didn't tell me how long it was going to be until after they had gotten my money they still managed to get my pieces wrong.
