Jack's - Bessemer

I usually avoid fast food, but I had to stop by this place recently because I was short on time and needed a quick meal. I ordered the chicken biscuit and some fries, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. Food rating: 2/5.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal from the speaker and specifically requested no pickles. The staff member was very nice and polite. When I got to the window, the woman there was friendly as well. After I pulled away, I started eating my hot fries. Once I hit the interstate, I opened my burger and immediately noticed the smell of pickles coming from the bag—oh no! I fully opened the sandwich and saw that there were no pickles, but it was clear that they had been removed because of the indentation on the bun.

I had an amazing experience at the drive-thru! They accommodated my special order perfectly, offered me a drink refill, and even gave me an apple pie while I waited. This is definitely the go-to spot for late-night cravings in Bessemer. Thank you! Food: 5/5

The food was great! Stopped here to get burgers for my husband to take back home. We haven't had these burgers since we were kids. These burgers are as good as today as they were then.Food: 5/5

I've enjoyed Jack's burgers, chicken sandwiches and shakes, but for the last two months I've been getting breakfast there. We've tried almost all their biscuit combinations and have loved them all.The pancakes are great at the price point. You've got to spend a lot more to get noticable better.We all clammer for their hash browns which are really excellent potato medallions.
