Church's Texas Chicken - Bessemer

Their chicken has no flavor anymore. This location is acts like it's own chicken place, definitely not the Church's that I grew up with. The service is horrible and slow. If you place a Doordash order here then you may as well forget it bc you probablywon't get it bc the employees refuse to do the orders. If you are a delivery driver for Doordash and you are picking up an orderhere at this location the employees act like they don't do Doordash. I know this to be a fact bc I have been the one who placedthe order before as well as a driver picking up from here. I don't even bother even trying either one anymore

I've stopped going here a couple of times. The food is good, when it's fresh. They have gave me whatever they want lots of times. I'm not returning!

Drove today through the drive-through the lady was very rude she did not take my order she slammed the window in my face and told me to go to another churches chicken she needs to be fired if she didn?t want to work today she have stayed home

Went to Church's on Carolina Avenue in Bessemer told me it's takes 30 minutes to cook which is a lie ask for Manager or Area Manager they said they didn't have no number call on the phone they wouldn't answer time 4:55 pm of course shift change butthis is unacceptable
