Souvenirs de Marrakech - Besançon

I took a Royal couscou for two people. It was very hearty and excellent with a tasty and cooked meat. While respecting well, in this period of covid 19, the rules were sanitized.

Couscous served in a tagine dish!!! the manager was overwhelmed in the kitchen, she couldn't follow, she's alone in this small neighborhood restaurant, visiting the kitchen: the bazaar: dishes not made, any messy drag... and we're not many in the room... We paid 44 euros for 3= 2 couscous 1 hamburger 4 drinks The rates are not displayed and perhaps at the head of the client... To follow....

While visiting Besançon, looking for a tripadviser I fell on this restaurant, the reviews were only positive, I took a chicken salad and a tajine of balls, after having tasted the two dishes, I recalled the restaurant to say a big BRAVO to the cook. Being a Maghrebian, I'm used to being disappointed by the oriental restaurant but this one just reminded me of the flavors of my original Kabylie. A great bravo for hospitality and flavors, I will never come back to Besançon without going for a tour of the 'Souvenirs of Marrakech'

On a Saturday night, we decided not to go out with the cold, but to order a couscous at home. After reading the comments on different restaurants, our choice is about Souvenirs de Marrakech .The boss tells us on the phone that there is little chance that he can access our request being alone in command that day. He promises to contact his wife to find out the possibilities. Half an hour later, he tells me it's possible. And there, a good surprise.Two royal couscous, with a confit of fresh onions to fall. A scented seed, crunchy vegetables, abundant meat. We finished this delicious meal with an assortment of delicious oriental pastries. The delivery was offered to us.Thank you to the gentleman who has been able to combine speed and efficiency to give us a quality meal. We planned to re-enter the experience this time directly at the restaurant. I recommend the price quality ratio (35 euros for two without drinks).
