Les Tables D'Antan - Besançon

Salmon and its curry sauce are to fall (I'm hard yet), I was seduced. The burger was excellent too, the desserts are homemade... The kitchen deserved without hesitation the 5 stars! So cherry on the cake when the chef went to see all his tables! It's pretty rare, I think it's very good to have done it! Bravo and thank you for having us!

We were 3 people a Friday night and the service was a little long, the waiter was alone but the resto was not complete. I took some cane nets it was very good but cooking wasn't bleeding as I asked it was barely too cooked for me. Overall it was good and good, but we would need an evolution to say it was top. And the cup of champagne at 12 euros is high compared to the price of dress 7 and 10 euros.

A nice discovery this small establishment on Bersot Street. The reception is warm and the staff available and smiling. On the menu a seasonal menu, short but varied. Inside a delicious melon and raw ham salad. For the rest a simental slap and frilled potatoes. Two small flats however, the meat was very good but not cooked enough. I was taken back, but of course the texture was no longer the same... Another point the potato probably too dirty. When at dessert I flew on simple ice cream because the map was not complete. So a margin of progression. Try it.

Hot restaurant, cocooning atmosphere. Very friendly staff! Homemade dishes, very well seasoned, with good products. The map is varied, and everyone can find what he likes. I recommend this restaurant!

Second visit to this restaurant and I am once again very happy with my passage. In addition to eating well, you can meet the waiter and cook who are both very friendly. I recommend this restaurant, you'll have a good time. :
